I purchased a 5 year protection plan through All State on a Samsung TV and in the third year had problems. After trying to reboot the TV, nothing worked. I sent a picture of the screen in and they called it “accidental damage.” I asked that they please send someone to just look at the TV as there was no accidental damage done. They refused to send anyone to actually look at the tv and denied insurance claim based on one picture I sent them. Unbelievably unprofessional and classic insurance company. Pay pay for their “peace of mind” and then immediately deny coverage without lifting an actual finger. Scam artists.
