Used our protection plan shipped it off unfortunately square trade they couldn’t repair it within a day of receiving it and getting it to the technician they determined right away they couldn’t repair it and I received an email letting me know there was $499 gift certificate to be applied and used at Walmart which I was A-OK with. Painless it literally took about Thursday or Friday and by the next Thursday with shipping from a little town in Arkansas all the way to New York. It literally took less than six days to let me know seven days to let me know what was going on.
