However, this seemed to lead nowhere as I was told the same timeline again. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was denied. Eventually, I received an email stating they do not service my area, while another confirmed an appointment for next week. This service has been completely unhelpful. I've shared my experience with others, and many have advised against using this provider due to their reliance on ineffective third-party companies.
