I file a claim for a laptop in November 2025. We communicated on the phone & via emails. Laptop was sent to the technical department as per request on 2 occasions. The first time it was sent, they returned it stating that it was repaired, but upon receipt the laptop still had a blank screen. We called again several times. This time they requested for us to send the laptop back for repair. I’m still waiting to get the “repaired laptop” back, this time they stated they are trying to say it has water damage, despite the fact that this laptop has never been close to any water. So as today, 3/19/26 ,I am still waiting. They sent an email today stating they are waiting for parts to come in. I am very disappointed with them.
