After receiving the phone, I returned it immediately to the company. I have not received any information about the transport plan, and I've searched my neighborhood twice for the phone. The information provided by customer service is incorrect, incomplete, or nonexistent. It's unclear where my phone is located. I live in the Netherlands, but it seems my phone might be in Lithuania according to the tracking ID. It feels like they have lost my phone and are trying to blame me for not being available 24/7 to receive it. How can I track it when I have no information? It's absurd that I paid for two years of insurance for this frustrating situation.
