I have lost my mobile and after successfull claim, I received replacement mobile within 2 days.
Only slight disappointment is the replacement device doesn’t came with the sealed box,
But other than that everything is fine.
Would definitely love to recommend to others

It went surprisingly easy. Within 3 days I received my phone back, repaired and well. However, the only reason why I didnt rate it 5 stars, is because it was placed in my mailbox. Actually I assumed that I would have had to sign for the receipt of the package.

Frustrating Experience with Claim Process

I submitted a claim for my dryer last week, and they scheduled an appointment, which was promising. However, the service provider they assigned called today, the day of the appointment, to inform me that they were outside of my service area. I then contacted the support team, who apologized and mentioned they would try to send another service provider for the repair, but they couldn't guarantee how long that would take since it needed to be redirected to a different company. Additionally, I filed another claim for my sofa in October 2025. As of January 8, 2026, they still hadn't received the necessary parts. When I checked again on January 9, 2026, I found out that the parts had finally been shipped. Fingers crossed. I strongly advise against purchasing their insurance! The service has been terrible.

A month without my phone and no resolution in sight.

I have been without my phone for a month now. The camera was broken, so I sent it in for repairs. The repairs were completed within a week, but they replaced the scratched glass with another broken one. I have also raised another complaint regarding damage, but I haven't received any updates. After receiving the phone, I returned it immediately to the company. I have not received any information about the transport plan, and I've searched my neighborhood twice for the phone. The information provided by customer service is incorrect, incomplete, or nonexistent. It's unclear where my phone is located. I live in the Netherlands, but it seems my phone might be in Lithuania according to the tracking ID. It feels like they have lost my phone and are trying to blame me for not being available 24/7 to receive it. How can I track it when I have no information? It's absurd that I paid for two years of insurance for this frustrating situation.

Frustrating Experience with Repeated Inquiries

The most frustrating part was getting multiple emails asking the same questions about the issues with my TV. It took nearly two weeks to resolve the matter. While I did receive a refund for the TV, I lost 99 euros that I had spent on professional calibration of the screen. Additionally, now I have to pay for insurance after the second year since the manufacturer's warranty has expired, despite having purchased insurance from the start when I bought the TV three years ago. Overall, I feel like I've wasted around 250 euros.
