Terrible and a total scam !!Placed order for child's xmas presents. Spoke on chat numerous times. To a robot !! Not human at all. Requested information or guarantee the items would arrive by xmas! Needless to say they have not arrived STILL !! So we're never made nor dispatched !! Shocking customer service , or lack off clearly ..... Ive had to contact bank, to do a charge back to my card for the money as still have not received items and its now January!! WHICH THEY ARE STILL IGNORNING THE BANKS REQUEST AS WELL!! DISGUSTING COMPANY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! very disappointed little girl at xmas!!
