Beware of this deceptive site posing as a legitimate business with a seemingly credible owner bio. I placed an order that required changes, so I requested a refund to reorder. I received confirmation that this would be processed, but no refund ever came. Now, I've had no further communication, no order, and no money returned. Thankfully, I used a certain payment method, and I'm currently disputing the charge to recover my funds. It's a scam.
Ordered 14 days ago, have emailed twice and had no reply. Waiting until the 16th day as it says it can take 1-16 days but so unbelievably disappointed I haven't even had an email back. Was really excited about finding this site and I'll never order again. Not sure what I'm going to do if it doesn't turn up, how to get a refund when I can't get in touch with anyone. Really bad.

Definitely a scam, someone needs to shut this site down. saying the slime is made by a child with adhd is playing on peoples emotions, so wrong.
Do not order anything from this company, if you want to receive your order. I ordered in May for international shipping outside the UK. Since then, I have sent three messages and none have been answered, and no slime arrived even though I received a shipping notice in June, of course without a tracking number. I probably paid for nothing, I want my money back, absolute 💩💩
I ordered some slime from this company on 21st September and received an email saying they would notify me on despatch. I have heard nothing from them despite having emailed them 3 times. Assuming that they are unable to deliver my order I have asked for a refund. Once again, no response. Don’t waste your money.
Terrible company. Wish I had read reviews before ordering slime for my daughter’s birthday. I have emailed countless times, only one response a month after the order was placed saying my order was in production. Still have not received item, have asked several times for a refund and no response
I don’t recommend. Placed an order in june, emailed twice no response. Received an email in july saying my order was dispatched, still no order or response from the company. I was going to leave it until I read the reviews of other people experiencing the same as myself so I disputed it with my bank.
