I sent my vehicle for an MOT through a service and was not informed that it would be kept overnight. Upon its return, I noticed changes to the air circulation settings, the reversing camera was disconnected, and the audio system was non-functional. Additionally, it appeared that some items that should have been checked were overlooked. The car still indicates an oil change is needed, despite being charged for an engine flush. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this service.
