If any issues arose that could be addressed affordably, we would tackle those before replacing the alternator and belt. Having frequently used their services and trusted their advice, I felt confident in this plan. The MOT failures were resolved at a reasonable cost, along with the replacement of the alternator and auxiliary belt, all completed on the same day I brought the car in. I was kept updated throughout the process and was thrilled to learn the car was ready for pickup in the afternoon. Upon settling the fair invoice, I collected my keys and enjoyed a quiet, smooth drive home, despite the heavy rain and traffic—an excellent test of the vehicle's performance! The personal attention, honest communication, professional advice, and quality of work provided a much-appreciated relief from what I had initially feared could be a challenging situation.
