I had a disappointing experience with customer service. First, I had to confirm my MOT and booking myself, with no prior communication. I received little information about courtesy vehicles, only a dismissive comment from the receptionist. After a failed MOT, I was informed only about the failure, not the issues or costs involved. I had to follow up later to learn my vehicle passed, without any prior approval or information on costs. The next day, there was no communication about my vehicle's readiness. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this garage and will seek services elsewhere.
