Awful experience!

Awful experience! Please steer clear of this airline. The ground staff seemed clueless about check-in procedures. They allowed a minor to sit alone, and when questioned, they had no answers. Our flight was delayed by two hours with no explanation or communication. The cabin crew on flight UL605 displayed frustration while serving customers. Staff need significant training in communication and customer service. They should either improve or cease operations!
