Very poor service from cabin crew. Never smile. We have to pay for that.
No Welcome or send off.

Lift off TV. No entertainment.
Very poor service.
Food was excellent.
Never recommend. This type of Cabin crew. Never helpful.
They never checked passengers seat belts / seats, before landing and take off..
Budget air lines offer better service than Srl Lankan air line

Today I am traveling from Karachi to Jakarta with SriLankan Airlines via Colombo. On my flight from Karachi to Colombo (UL 184), the air conditioning was not working throughout the journey. It was extremely hot and all the passengers were very uncomfortable and disturbed.
Also, the meal I had selected was not provided. The crew kept arguing, saying that they did not have my meal listed. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Extremely disappointing experience! Please avoid this airline. The ground staff seemed unprepared for check-ins and allowed a minor to be unsupervised. Our flight was delayed without any notifications. The cabin crew appeared frustrated and unprofessional. There is a clear need for better training in customer service. A major overhaul is necessary!

Awful experience!

Awful experience! Please steer clear of this airline. The ground staff seemed clueless about check-in procedures. They allowed a minor to sit alone, and when questioned, they had no answers. Our flight was delayed by two hours with no explanation or communication. The cabin crew on flight UL605 displayed frustration while serving customers. Staff need significant training in communication and customer service. They should either improve or cease operations!

Avoid this airline!

Avoid this airline! Customer service is nonexistent. They show no concern for passengers. Cancelling flights is a nightmare. The worst experience imaginable.

Very let down by this airline...

Very let down by this airline. I used to be able to select my seat when booking online, but now they charge for all seats. Free seat selection is only available 48 hours before departure, which means all preferred seats are gone by then. As a loyal member, I booked directly on their official site, prioritizing seat choice. Now, loyalty seems meaningless. I tried reaching customer service, but no one answered. Truly unacceptable!

An utterly frustrating experience

An utterly frustrating experience! This was our second time flying with this airline. We hoped for improvement after hearing good things about the country. However, the airline fell short. Problems began before we even left for the airport. We were a family of four traveling with a young child and had booked our flight before the baby was born. The airline assured us it was fine to add the infant later, which we did. However, our bookings were not linked, and the infant appeared to be traveling alone. The staff at the airport were unhelpful and rude. After a long struggle, we finally boarded, but not without significant stress and discomfort. Our trip was greatly affected by the airline's lack of care. If you're planning to visit this beautiful country, consider flying with a different airline.

A complete disaster!

A complete disaster! If there was an option for 0 stars, this airline would deserve it. Our flight was canceled without notice, ruining our travel plans. We ended up waiting at the airport for hours for a new flight. Additionally, the baggage fees were outrageous compared to other airlines. The staff were rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of customer service. The onboard experience was also disappointing, with worn-out seats and poor food quality. After two terrible experiences, I would advise against flying with this airline. Choose a reputable carrier instead.

Mediocre experience overall. Think of this airline as a long-haul budget carrier. The economy seats were uncomfortable and cramped, and the food was disappointing. The staff were mostly helpful, but we experienced delays on our flight. They did provide food vouchers during the wait. If this airline is your only option, be prepared for the conditions, as the economy experience is not worth the price.
