I wouldn't recommend this company — they seem indifferent to their customers. We ordered their largest slide through an installer in early June, expecting shipment within a week. It was delayed three weeks due to the pandemic, which we understood. We were then given a shipping date of August 7. On August 6, our installer confirmed it would ship the next day, but after a week of silence, I found out it hadn't shipped, and no new date was provided. It's now August 24, and the customer service representative has no updates or estimates on shipping. They are holding onto my $2,500 without any clear answers. This is not how to treat customers.
