They do not uphold their product guarantees. Our two pool lights lasted just over a year, so I submitted a warranty replacement request only to be told I must hire a pool contractor for a diagnosis at my own expense. As an electrician, I know this is a straightforward issue. I provided proof of purchase, but they refuse to assist.

This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend their products since they don't stand behind them. The temporary fix used by the builder didn't affect the slide's structure, so it's hard to understand how it voided the warranty. My builder mentioned they had similar issues with this slide leaking, and the company advised them to use joint compound, which ironically voids my warranty. It's baffling!
I bought a new slide and found it was missing a part. When I called to order it, the representative told me it was my fault for not doing my research and that they don’t sell parts. Now, I am out $2,500. The representative even laughed and said this happens often. I won’t be making future purchases.
I wouldn't recommend this company — they seem indifferent to their customers. We ordered their largest slide through an installer in early June, expecting shipment within a week. It was delayed three weeks due to the pandemic, which we understood. We were then given a shipping date of August 7. On August 6, our installer confirmed it would ship the next day, but after a week of silence, I found out it hadn't shipped, and no new date was provided. It's now August 24, and the customer service representative has no updates or estimates on shipping. They are holding onto my $2,500 without any clear answers. This is not how to treat customers.
