Spoke with Nathan, best member of SSE Airtricity awaiting an apology for awful treatment by members of staff with a bombardments of requests for me to read meter.
Despite me telling them its not my job & had me removed supposedly ? from meter reads on 24/10/23.
Terrible company to deal with, requested contact by app, no reply.
Awaiting callback from Nathan.
Spoke with Owen, & informed me Nathan will call me back ? He last spoke with me on 4th Feb stating he would look into complaint and get back to me.
No reply so far so will wait for his call today.
