Customer service disgraceful, trying to get to a human it's almost impossible. They told me they only contact via email. Once I changed supplier they called to offer a better rate but totally ignore the fact that I was out of contract for a year. They offer 36% discount if you are in contract, what is the point of offering discount 🤔 should they charge the lower rate. They don't reward loyalty but they harass if you for payment. I got 4 calls in about a week. I will never deal with them again. Rip off

Spoke with Nathan, best member of SSE Airtricity awaiting an apology for awful treatment by members of staff with a bombardments of requests for me to read meter.
Despite me telling them its not my job & had me removed supposedly ? from meter reads on 24/10/23.
Terrible company to deal with, requested contact by app, no reply.

Spoke with Owen, & informed me Nathan will call me back ? He last spoke with me on 4th Feb stating he would look into complaint and get back to me.
No reply so far so will wait for his call today.

Had enough first started with its my job & now turned to Onus to supply meter reads ?
Informed them its not my job or onus to supply reads, but they just don't listen.
Informed if I got a smart meter fitted it would read itself ? So did, but continue to recieve estimated bills.
Nathan has been understanding & tried altering bill cycle but constant emails from staff have provoked this review.
Read meter before & still recieved an estimated had enough.
Have informed them the only job / onus I have is to pay bill. After speaking with Dara next stop CRU, requested complaint ref but could not supply ?

It took about 20 minutes for someone to respond on webchat. Frustratingly, you have to keep the chat active every minute, or it times out. Ultimately, I learned that they hadn't sent out a welcome email, so they will resend it. I've been waiting for 3 and a half weeks for what should be a straightforward process.
