Today, I interacted with a complaints handler, whom I initially thought would be helpful. However, his dismissive attitude did not foster good customer relations. Much of what he addressed regarding compensation and billing had already been resolved by another representative. He failed to contact me by phone, opting for email instead, which was extremely disappointing. Instead of a straightforward invoice, I received 19 invoices and credit notes. My issues began when they switched billing systems, and no billing process should be confusing.
