Appreciation for Exceptional Support

I would like this to be communicated to the appropriate manager. As a Chairperson of a local club, I encountered many colleagues from the service who were unhelpful after a significant payment was withdrawn from our account, putting the club's future at risk. Thankfully, I spoke with a gentleman named James from the Complex Complaints Management team. I want to ensure this reaches the right manager because James provided us with outstanding assistance, and I can't thank him enough. It's crucial to value individuals like him as he truly made a difference. I also recommend that the service invests in training for some of the other team members, as they nearly led to the closure of our club. Thank you, James.

AVOID THIS SERVICE!

AVOID THIS SERVICE! I cannot emphasize how terrible this service is. It has led to significant financial losses for our charity due to their incompetence. I will never engage with this service again, and they deserve scrutiny. They appear to be getting away with multiple issues and provide the ABSOLUTE WORST customer support.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE! I can't adequately describe how dreadful this service is. They have cost our charity a significant amount of money due to their incompetence. I will never use this service again, and they deserve investigation. They seem to be getting away with numerous issues, coupled with the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service.

Long Wait for a Simple Request

I have been waiting for 31 minutes for a copy bill that has not been sent from June to September, which requires payment. The customer service team appears to struggle with their own systems. It seems that both training and reasonable timeframes are lacking, as the representative has gone to seek help from a manager. This should be a straightforward process!

Unacceptable Charges and Service

This company is appalling, charging around £2000 for 500 units of electricity. They make switching to another supplier extremely difficult, setting arbitrary charges, and have rude staff who are hard to reach and have poor communication skills. I am extremely disappointed and have been trying for a month to change to another service, but they keep blocking it, claiming I am still under contract when I am well past my contract term. Avoid at all costs!

Unsatisfactory Company Policies

Unsatisfactory company policies. Appointments for smart meter installations were rearranged last minute, and there was no attendance for the rescheduled appointments. They are unable to accurately re-bill accounts based on estimated meter readings. There has been no response to emails sent to the helpdesk or official complaints. I would strongly advise against using this service.

Unresolved Issues Persist

The service responded to my previous review with promises of further 'help'. Two months later, despite acknowledging that we owe nothing, we are still receiving texts, emails, and letters demanding payment of a substantial amount. Their claim of satisfaction with their customer service reveals how low their standards are. Completely ineffective.

Ineffective Complaints Handling

Today, I interacted with a complaints handler, whom I initially thought would be helpful. However, his dismissive attitude did not foster good customer relations. Much of what he addressed regarding compensation and billing had already been resolved by another representative. He failed to contact me by phone, opting for email instead, which was extremely disappointing. Instead of a straightforward invoice, I received 19 invoices and credit notes. My issues began when they switched billing systems, and no billing process should be confusing.
