SSE (both Business and residential teams) are terrible. I have been emailing SSE for 6 months now with ZERO response and resolution to me issue. I have also spent hours and hours on the phone to them trying to resolve issue and i just get passed from one team member to the next. Save your time and never opt for them to supply your energy!
