Absolutely shocking customer serviceFrom the beginning of setting up my 11 accounts with them they have been appalling. Their website is terrible, you submit readings and then these readings are ignored on bills. So they told me to email the readings in, which I did and they were again ignored on the bills. I asked them about installing smart meters on the properties. They said as there were more than 4 properties they could not deal with it on the phone. Months later I have heard nothing from them.One property was handed back to the landlord on 1 April, I wrote to them on 7 April with the end meter reading, 2 months later they are still sending me bills with the incorrect reading. I called today and was told that the complaints team is dealing with it . . .You complain and nothing happens.The worst company ever ! Can't wait to leave them.As an update to this, you will see the response from SSE below asking for me to send them an email about this so it can be resolved. I did this straight away. Do I have any response ? No. So happy with SSE!
