I moved to a new flat. I decided to stay with SSE because it was the provider previously. I have a smart reading, the cost was ok, untill I phoned the company requesting the bill should be recalculated due to the fact I moved on the 1st of May. Next hour my reading metter said my consumption was £856. I called them immediately, nobody explained why... Since my call the price per day increased X3. I tried to put a formal complain and the girl by the phone said, the company has not complaining department ... I founded it on the website. Now I have no clue about the bill and how much I will have to pay for the last month because they said I will have to pay differently than what the reading said. A JOKE.Tomorrow I will go for another supplier for sure. And I will never would recommend SSE as an option. So, if u are thinking about it... U Will regret.
