I bought a Liverpool kit and requested a name and number print for 500 AED. Unfortunately, the printing was poorly done, making it look cheap. When I raised this with a salesperson, I was met with laughter, which I found unprofessional. They refused to issue a refund without consulting management. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.
