I ordered shoes for 600 AED but decided to return them immediately and chose another model due to sizing issues. The courier picked them up but claimed the box was damaged, despite a small tear that occurred while opening it. I spent two hours trying to contact them, facing dreadful customer service. Their chat puts you in a long queue, and if you try to complain, you waste more time verifying you're a human. Eventually, they informed me that the box's condition was crucial, and they wouldn't allow a return.
