Extremely poor customer support that provides inaccurate details regarding the return policy. When you reach out again, they offer incorrect information once more, requiring you to correct them again. I do not recommend shopping here.

Stressful return experience

I ordered shoes for 600 AED but decided to return them immediately and chose another model due to sizing issues. The courier picked them up but claimed the box was damaged, despite a small tear that occurred while opening it. I spent two hours trying to contact them, facing dreadful customer service. Their chat puts you in a long queue, and if you try to complain, you waste more time verifying you're a human. Eventually, they informed me that the box's condition was crucial, and they wouldn't allow a return.

Quick delivery experience

Order size mix-up

I was excited to receive my order, but I found that the size delivered was incorrect. I opted for a return and exchange, but after a few days, when the items were picked up, I was informed about the return process. Once again, I received the wrong size after the return. I am frustrated and disappointed, especially since I paid a premium and in cash. I'm still waiting for the company to address my issue.

Missing pedals on delivery

I purchased two expensive mountain bikes, and one arrived without pedals, despite the specifications stating they should be included. After reporting the issue, I received only apologies with no real follow-up. Now a week later, I still have no resolution. I've had to buy pedals separately to use the bike. It's better to visit a reputable dealer in person.

Concern over bike authenticity

I received a bike that was supposed to have tubeless tires, but after a flat, I discovered it has tube tires instead. This discovery came at a repair center. I'm considering filing a fraud complaint due to this awful experience.

Disappointing kit printing service

I bought a Liverpool kit and requested a name and number print for 500 AED. Unfortunately, the printing was poorly done, making it look cheap. When I raised this with a salesperson, I was met with laughter, which I found unprofessional. They refused to issue a refund without consulting management. Payment confusion after order cancellation

I ordered shoes online, but 24 hours later, I was informed that my package couldn't be delivered and that a refund would take 7-10 days. If the item wasn't available, why was I allowed to pay? When I inquired about using my payment for another item, I was told no, forcing me to make a new payment.
