But on Christmas morning when I hit withdraw I didn't even look at the account thinking it would just go into my account. 5 hours later I checked when I was about to leave and with this money go and pick up my 5yo son in a new car I was going tonpay for with this money. But when I checked the money was gone and only $447 was in my account. What happened? I had apparently due to a new rule a supervisor by the name of Stephanie implemented that monmrning was started called over betting, mind you I took a screen shot of the rules that morning and it wasn't on there at 6.50am but by 8.30 it was updated and players weren't allowed to bet over the deposit amount. So my limit was $30 spins. The bank details changed to Stephanie's which I saw then the platform logged me out and when I tried to log back in it wasn't recognising the same password I'd been using for over 14 months. Then I changed it and by the time I got back in, my account was updated back to what I'd set it to and when I asked they refused to give me my money.
