This company is a complete scam. My credit card information was compromised immediately after placing an order. After weeks of being misled about my order's shipment, they finally sent it out the day after I requested a cancellation. I ordered a black and purple car seat cover set but received a mismatched red, orange, and white set that doesn't fit properly. Now, I'm being shuffled between representatives, and they refuse to provide a return address. It seems they are hoping the 14-day return period will expire. This is utterly ridiculous. I can't believe they were endorsed by a major platform. I'm filing a complaint with the relevant authorities and reporting fraud to my bank. It's shocking that a company like this is allowed to keep operating while committing mail and wire fraud, outright stealing from customers. I have lost all hope of recovering my money and worry about how many others will fall victim to their schemes before they are finally shut down.
