I ordered Car seat covers like month Ago. The delivery was very late but The seat covers look smart and they fit alright in my car Delivery did took a bit longer than I expected but im happy with the result. Other than delivery i think product is great and long lasting
I would give this service a zero star if I could. I regret not heeding the negative feedback! Do not trust this service. My seat covers arrived in a torn and taped black garbage bag. The inner plastic had clearly been opened and resealed. There were no instructions or any other information on the bag. When trying to get a return approved, this service will endlessly attempt to persuade you to change your mind by offering partial credits. This back-and-forth can last for several days. When I insisted on a refund, I was informed that 'it was being processed by the team and may take several days.' Keep in mind there's a 14-day return policy, and they seem to chip away at that time with their delays.
Completely disappointing! I'm extremely frustrated with the long wait and the money wasted on these low-quality covers! 😡 All the positive reviews on the site seem completely fabricated! There's no way anyone could be satisfied with these flimsy products! They were so poor in quality that I wouldn't even consider using them in my vehicle, which is from 1996! What does that say? AVOID THIS SELLER!

I ordered a black and purple car seat cover set but received a mismatched red, orange, and white set that doesn't fit properly. Now, I'm being shuffled between representatives, and they refuse to provide a return address. It seems they are hoping the 14-day return period will expire. This is utterly ridiculous. I can't believe they were endorsed by a major platform. I'm filing a complaint with the relevant authorities and reporting fraud to my bank. It's shocking that a company like this is allowed to keep operating while committing mail and wire fraud, outright stealing from customers. I have lost all hope of recovering my money and worry about how many others will fall victim to their schemes before they are finally shut down.

These are the worst seat covers I’ve ever put in my vehicle. They are cheap and don’t fit properly. The headrest doesn’t even fit. I wish I could get a refund, but returning them would take over three weeks. It also took more than three weeks to receive the overpriced, poorly fitting covers.
