Ordered two bridesmaid dresses standard size 10 to try. They arrived ahead of schedule and were both fabulous! But as we only needed one I tried to send one back. Oh dear no, they weren’t having any of it. Offered me £10 to keep the dress (don’t know how that works) anyway after so much back and forth I accepted £30 to keep the second dress. This was mainly due to having investigated sending items back to China outside of Hong Kong and realising that if I did, it may not even arrive.
