I would give no stars for this experience. I ordered a standard size 12 bridesmaid dress, but it didn’t fit across the back. I reached out immediately about returns and reordering, only to be asked for photos of the dress and size label. I believed I was ordering from the UK due to the website URL. Now, I'm being told that returns will be very costly, and I'm offered £10 to sell the dress myself. Thankfully, I didn’t attempt to order another size. I wish I had checked the reviews first! I will keep fighting for a return and will make sure to warn others about this.
