Would not order from here again. Before purchasing the dress I contacted customer service to ensure a hassle free returns process was available if the dress was not suitable and I was reassured yes please don’t worry. I ordered and the dress does not match up to the colour of the image and does not suit me so need to refund it. I contacted customer service (who reply every 24 hours so it’s taken 4 days for 4 replys) who have told me to keep the dress (£100) and they will allow me to buy a new one for £40. I want to return my dress and have told them I will happily purchase a new one from their site once I have returned the dress so I am happy for it to be store credits rather than full refund and they have told me no don’t bother as it’s £35 for shipping to return the dress. I can’t understand why it’s £35 to return the dress when it’s £10 delivery to send it (still expensive) and it mentions this nowhere on their website. I would avoid ordering from here if you are worried you may need to return your dress as you will lose out of £45 all together shipping fees. Awful customer service and has made an exciting bridesmaid dress shopping experience so stressful and expensive!
