The return policy is unacceptable. It took more than 14 days to receive a return address, and I still haven't received it. They keep suggesting I keep the dress and offering $10, but it doesn't fit. I want a full refund. Then they mentioned I could only get 70% of the refund because they can't resell the dress. This wasn't stated anywhere. I will never shop here again.
