My daughter bought this dress, and the quality of the dress was not up to par. The bottom end of the corset had a tail part that would stick out to the side, and the fabric of the dress does not look like the fabric that they have in the photo. Also, the return policy is terrible: only 75% of the price that I paid for the dress is refunded, and I have to cover the shipping cost to return the dress back to China. This website seems like a phishing website. If you have same issue, pls submit report to FTC(Federal Trade commission), FBI internet crime complaint center (IC3).
We ordered a custom dress that came in time and fit like a glove. The $18 surcharge is a bargain compared to what a dry cleaner would have charged to shorten the dress which would have changed its entire structure (my daughter is 5'0 on a good day). The material was so much better than the stores such as Windsor and the Downtown LA places. We will be placing our fifth order this prom season.
I would 100% recommend STACEES!!! I was able to find the perfect dress for each of my daughters who have COMPLETELY DIFFERENT personalities and taste in fashion! STACEES had so may options and the prices are SOOOOOO REASONABLE!!!!! Can’t wait to use them again next year!!!!
The dress is amazing! Quality is definately top tier! The customer service reached out imidiately regarding helping with sizing when I emailed them and was a huge help making sure everything fit perfectly! I would highly recommend buying a dress from Stacees if youre looking for something amazing
The dresses are very high quality and fit amazingly if you do custom fit!!! I know to get a custom size it’s a few extra dollars but it’s soooo worth it! Love these brands of dresses and will definitely be ordering from here again.
The return policy is terrible. It took more than 14 days to receive a return address, and I still haven't gotten it. They keep suggesting I keep the dress for a $10 credit, but it doesn’t fit. I want a full refund. Then they stated I could only get 70% back since they can't resell the dress. This was not mentioned anywhere. I will never shop here again.
