I attempted to reach out to the support team several times via email to request a refund due to the broken links that prevented me from using the coupons. I received a range of unrelated responses regarding my refund. After my fifth email, I received no further replies at all. Ultimately, I chose to go directly with the wholesale service. Yes, I paid a bit more, but it was worth it. By the way, I was advised to use another platform for discounted memberships.
