Elizabeth is a true professional and was the greatest in responding expeditiously to me when I requested a refund of my order. I mistakenly ordered without first realizing I had to download the software within 30 days. I needed it for the end of April 2026 so will order then when I retire.
Stack Social was very responsive and addressed my problem quickly. I had inadvertently installed my AcePDF 3 times on the same computer due to Window crashes and a hard drive replacement. They went directly to the App vendor and they issued me a new License Key. Very customer focused and trustworthy company! Thanks again!
I bought an upgrade to MS Windows Pro and had issues with the installation. Support provided a quick response with clear & complete instructions. The instructions were an ordered list of several things to try.
The issue was with with my PC. After rectifying that the upgrade proceeded without any issues.

AdGuard Family Plan: Lifetime Subscription had a problem with the FAMPLAN coupon ($15.97) not being visible or clickable at checkout, resulting in an additional $24 charge (a frustrating UX issue). I will update this review if they resolve the issue. They sold me a fraudulent software license for a popular accounting program. The company confirmed it was fraudulent and advised me to report the seller to their fraud department. As of now, I haven't received a refund. I have written proof of the fraudulent sale, making it easy to dispute with my credit card provider, but it's frustrating to have to go through this process. I hope they issue a refund without further complications.

Yes, I paid a bit more, but it was worth it. By the way, I was advised to use another platform for discounted memberships.
