They need be honest with the customer, they flat out told me that I couldn't change the status of the shoe size that I know I didn't order, I saw it in my e mail and it said size 9 when I wanted size 12, I called, and I was told wasn't anything they could do about my issue, so these in competent people sent the shoes to me any way, I WILL NOT BE DOING ANY KIND OF TRANSACTIONS EVER AGAIN WITH THIS CO., NOW I HAVE TO GO UPS STORE SEND THEM BACK WHICH IS A HASSLE, JUST TO GET REIMBURSED!!!!!!!!( BAD BUISSNESS 👎
