They sent me the wrong shoes twice. Not once. Twice.Their solution was a prepaid return label, a refund for the shoes only, and a 10 percent discount on a future purchase. They refused to refund the original shipping cost, meaning I lost money because of their mistake. The discount only applies if I spend more with them, so their “resolution” effectively requires another order just to break even. That is not accountability.Five business days after my return was marked delivered, I contacted them through chat because they repeatedly claim not to receive my emails, and was told my refund had not even been initiated despite their policy stating refunds are started within two to three business days after approval. Instead, I was told it could take up to ten business days. The responses were scripted, circular, and avoided any real explanation.From repeated fulfillment failures to dismissive customer service, this experience was a complete disaster. I would not order from them again even if they were selling the last pair of shoes on earth. Horrendous company.
