I had one of the worst experiences ever with Stadium Goods after purchasing a pair of Jordan 1 Low GS “Purple Venom” sneakers for $185.UPS confirmed that my shipping address was correct, but on the very day the shoes were scheduled to be delivered, I was told that Stadium Goods themselves had requested the package be returned to sender. I couldn’t even contact them directly that night because it was after their business hours, so I emailed them immediately. When they finally replied the next morning, they admitted they had the package back at their warehouse.Instead of reshipping my order to me, they told me their “policy” is to re-authenticate and inspect the shoes, and only then would I possibly receive a refund not the sneakers I already paid for. That means I have to wait up to 10 business days, and there’s even a chance I may not get my money back at all. To make matters worse, these shoes are now sold out, so I have to start over trying to find another pair for my son before school starts.Even after showing them all my UPS documentation proving the address was correct, their response was simply: there’s nothing we can do, this is our policy. So I’m left waiting without sneakers, without a refund, and with no reassurance as a customer.This entire process felt unprofessional, unhelpful, and possibly even like a scam. I’ve ordered from many reselling and sneaker companies online and have never had an experience like this. Stadium Goods completely failed me as a customer, and I highly recommend finding another company to purchase from.
