I honked at him for his poor decision-making, and in return, he responded with an obscene gesture. If this is the caliber of drivers you hire for public service, it's quite troubling. I didn’t catch the registration number, but considering the time and place, it should be easy to identify this driver and remind him of appropriate driving behavior.
