If I could give zero stars, I would. While driving home at 16:13 near the roundabout, I signaled to maneuver when a bus driver, clearly aware of my presence, decided to pull out dangerously close to my vehicle. I honked in response to his reckless decision, and he reacted by displaying a disrespectful gesture towards me. If this is the standard of drivers you employ for public service, it's quite troubling. I didn’t catch the registration number, but considering the time and place, it should be easy to identify this driver and remind him of appropriate driving behavior.

I needed a bus with my mother to return home, and after checking the schedule from yesterday to today, today’s wait was 18 minutes while yesterday’s was 19:12, which is unacceptable. When I returned home from school (3 PM), Wednesday’s bus at 19:12 was CANCELLED. Thursday’s wait was 18 minutes before night. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Total disgrace. Buses are never on time. Three buses arrive within five minutes, and then you wait an hour for the next one. Prices keep increasing. The buses are mediocre at best. Extremely unreliable. Avoid them whenever possible and consider getting a car.
Don't rely on this service if you need to be somewhere. Waiting for the X17 scheduled for 12:39, a bus that looked like the X17 arrived at that time, but the display said 43. Yes, your drivers forget to change the display. This isn't the first instance of this happening.
Title: "The 22 Bus: A Case Study in Disappointment" Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star for 'I’ve waited longer for love') The 22 Bus—a true lesson in frustration and disappointment. If romance novels had a chapter on heartbreak, the 22’s schedule would be the prime example. It promises punctuality at 3:15 PM, but let’s face it—it's more of a 'maybe-by-5-if-luck-is-on-your-side' situation. The timetable you see online isn’t a schedule; it’s a cruel joke. It says '10 minutes,' but you end up waiting much longer. I’ve waited so long for the 22 that I could have memorized a novel. By the time the bus finally shows up, I forget why I needed to go anywhere in the first place. A truly dismal company, it's almost laughable.
I could write extensively about the terrible service in this area, but the only two buses I can use are consistently around 20 minutes late. It's too coincidental for both to be this delayed every day. I’ve concluded they want people to stop showing up at the bus stop, knowing how bad the service is, so they can tell the council that there aren’t enough users to justify maintaining service.
