I needed to order some special longer length fillet pieces as opposed to ordering several small sections. I called and spoke with Michael and he told me that it could "probably" be done but couldn't give me a definite answer, and I would have to wait to receive the pieces from the manufacturer before knowing for sure. Attitude on the phone was apathetic, at minimum average level customer service would've been to call the manufacturer first and verifying before just putting the order in and "seeing what happens".

Today, there are many stair parts suppliers across the United States; many of which sell very similar, if not the same lines of balusters, newel posts, handrail, iron stair parts, etc.
