One star feels generous for this service. If I could, I would rate them zero stars. My experience is rooted in a personal tragedy. My girlfriend’s son tragically passed away at work, and he had a double indemnity policy along with others from this provider. The struggle to obtain payment has been unbearable. I won’t go into all the details, but it has been a nightmare. They operate on their own schedule, claiming checks were sent that never arrived, and we’re now on the third promise for the same payment. They are extremely reluctant to release funds, yet if you miss a small payment, they are relentless in their pursuit. I would only consider this service if there were absolutely no alternatives available. It’s truly that terrible.
