This is by far the most frustrating bank I've dealt with. First, every couple of months, I'm forced to re-login with my password, even though I've been using fingerprint login. When I call the support line, the experience gets even worse. Secondly, the phone system is terrible; after verifying my card number and OTP, the operator makes me repeat everything. Lastly, to reset my password, which I know I entered correctly, I have to do it on a PC. It's 2025, and this bank is still stuck in the past!
