I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service and handling of my account conversion request at your bank.On May 24th, 2024, I initiated a request to convert my account from a savings account to a salary account at your Barakhamba Road branch. Initially, your representative denied, later on she agreed this process would take 4-5 business days. However, due to delays from their end, the conversion did not occur as promised, and during this period, they continued to deduct charges from my account, including GST percentages which is INR 815 for the last month and for the last couple of months it is approx. INR 750 every month.This issue has persisted since last year, and despite numerous attempts to address it through your customer service channels and emails to Prerna Gupta and Mohit Jangid, as well as to higher authorities including your nodal officer and Head, I have not received a satisfactory response. It appears that my concerns are not being taken seriously, as no action has been taken to refund the charges deducted from my account.I must emphasize that this situation has caused me significant financial inconvenience and frustration. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter, including the immediate refund of all charges deducted from my account since last year as is my hard-earned money.CAN I EXPECT A RESOLUTION? RegardsAnjali
