I agreed fully with the rest that this is one of the worst and probably to avoid at all cost bank. Doing mortgage loan with them and they are by far the worst among all the banks in terms of service. No call back despite multiple escalation on the case after realizing that there was a lapse in their system. Are they being responsible for that?
