This has been the most frustrating bank experience. First, every couple of months, I am required to re-enter my password, even though I've been using fingerprint login. When I reach out to the phone support, it just gets worse. Secondly, the phone system is terrible. After verifying all the card details and OTP, the operator makes me repeat everything again. Lastly, to reset my password, which I know I entered correctly, I have to do it on a PC... and it's 2025. Very disappointing service.
