Purchased a size 16 roof liner for my awning I had never used a liner before so had no idea how to fit it,but no problem got in touch with dimo from startart and he helped me with the correct fitting instructions and nothing was to much trouble can't thank them enough for the help,and would recommend standart great aftersales service thank you

Well organised trade in process for buying a new awning.Sent in a few pictures of the old awning and got an estimate of value. The new awning was delivered on time and the old one collected. Slight delay in getting a final valuation due to the weather but delighted with the offer which was paid the same day.
We've ordered awning and cover from Dimo who has been a pleasure to deal with. He asks right questions and delivers the goods. Waiting on awning now but he has all correct information so shouldn't be an issue had small issue with cover but resolved in minutes with an apology and new one sent out. Can't tell you how good this guy is,try for yourself and make your own mind up . We've have nothing but great service and communication.
