I was very happy with the design I received from Logo Influx. Jack Brown was very helpful and professional. He provided a quick turn around time on the work and the design was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend the company and Jack to others.
The process was going great. I loved my logo design and the service that was given during the process. However, I was lead to believe I would receive a hat with my logo when paying an extra $29.99 when I was actually paying an extra $29.99 for another file with my logo on a hat. When I spoke with the "helpful" team they basically said I had the choice to buy the hat design which is the same design I already had paid for and it's on me for not asking more questions. There was no difference between the two files. I felt Bamboozled.
Got our church logo done with them! Worked with Jack and he went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. Timely responses! Great turnaround! They also do websites, apps, biz cards, etc. Will definitely work with Jack in the future! I Highly recommend!
