Since they've changed or "updated" their website, it's not as good as it used to be. Before you could go on the site, check your balance, top up easily, purchase a tablet or a replacement phone. Recently I went on the site to see what kind of replacement phones they have, since I need a new one and the link just redirects you to a Amazon page for phones that aren't available/in stock. When I emailed customer service, they told me I had to call in order to inquire about replacement phones. Why do I have to call and sit on hold for who knows how long, to ask about a replacement phone? I've also noticed that sometimes when I'm on the phone for over an hour, the network disconnects, essentially hanging up on whoever I'm talking to and then reconnects a couple minutes later.
This company is coming off a little money hungry these days because as soon as they reload your account for the money, immediately after they're texting you about spending money for extra data or minutes. I usually would recommend Standup over the other government issued phones but their physical phones, I wouldn't recommend because they don't hold up very long and you're only allowed ONE free replacement phone then you have to fork over $80+
