Pulled out an old Stanley flask to use a couple of weeks ago unfortunately it was broken as it didn't retain heat, something we found out a couple of hours after filling it.Went to order a new one and noticed that Stanley flasks are guaranteed for life. Quick search on internet for contact details, one e mail sent and a replacement flask was delivered to our door one week later.Unbelievable as we have no idea how old it is never mind where we bought it from. Sterling service and totally unexpected. Thank you.
