I have a green trigger action travel mug that I can put hot coffee in drink it on the way to work. Leave it in my car and when I get off it’s still warm at least. I got this at Murdocks for 19.99. So for Christmas I ordered 4 matte black of the same style and they suck. With in two hours in my house the coffee is t even bath water warm. Tried calling the company and keep getting a message the team is in a meeting call back tomorrow. Went and tried to file a claim on their web site and the form you fill out doesn’t respond to trying to put info in. Emailed them no responses. So irritated with this company. Should have just bought more from Murdocks. Saved 20 bucks and had good mugs. So confused over why the black ones aren’t any good. Would like Stanley to contact me
